Note: For the summer, both returning and incoming athletes do not need to enroll into a separate strength and conditioning program. All practices will include performance as part of the scheduled practice time.

Performance Program
The Performance Program is the foundation of our success as a football program. Athletes are encouraged to get 4 performance workouts in per week. The program has been designed for two explosive days per week in the weight room where we focus on lifts such as hang and rack cleans, rack extensions, etc. On these days we focus our running drills on linear speed and acceleration. The other two days are strength days, where the weight room focus is on squats, bench press, etc. and the running focus is on lateral quickness and agility.

All athletes who are participating in the performance program have been given a goal sheet with short term and goals for the beginning of the season for body weight, squat, hang clean and bench press. The improvements we have been making this off season are astounding!
