Coach Sherman will be hosting a parent and athlete meeting for incoming freshmen parents on Tuesday, April 24 at 6:30pm in the Forum at Arapahoe High School.

Incoming Freshmen Information

Welcome to Arapahoe Football!  We can’t wait to get you involved in our program, and hope you are excited about becoming an Arapahoe Warrior!  Starting soon you will have the opportunity to connect with our team and coaches.  Below you will find some helpful information as you look to get plugged into the Football Program.

 

  • April 24th – Incoming Football Player and Parent Information Night
    • We will meet in the Forum at Arapahoe High School at 6:30pm.
    • Please use the entrance adjacent to the baseball field
    • This is a chance for incoming freshman and parents to meet the coaches.
 
  • Incoming Warriors Welcome BBQ
    • Tuesday, May 15 from 4:45 – 6:30pm
    • Please join the Arapahoe Football Program to watch the Varsity Team practice, meet other Warrior Football  families and learn more about the program.  Get to know your teammates and parents for the Class of 2022.
 
  • Summer Practice Sessions
    • Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays from May 30 through 22 (7:30am-10:45am) *Cleats, shorts and t-shirt
    • June 25 – 28 (8:00 – 10:00am) Performance (lifting and running) for those in town
    • July 9 – 12 (8:00 – 10:00am) Performance (lifting and running) for those in town
    • July 16 – 27 (7:30 – 10:45am (Monday – Friday each week of these two weeks will be our two-week padded camp. We will be teaching how to safely play football, starting a strong foundation of fundamentals).
    • July 30 – August 2 (8:00 – 10:00am) Performance (lifting and running) for those in town
    • Monday, August 6 is the official start day of fall practice

 

Whether your son is an experienced football player or trying football for the very first time, we believe they can be a fit in the Arapahoe Football Program!  We begin teaching fundamentals from the ground up, always having the safety of our players as a top priority.  Being a part of the Freshman Football Program will give your son a tremendous opportunity to meet dozens of their new classmates prior to the beginning of the school year and begin to get acclimated to life as an Arapahoe Warrior!
