SPRING TRAINING starts March 19th.
Weight training will be Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 2:30 - 4:00 pm
Basketball workouts on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Coach Jansen will distribute an off season packet which will include all information on the workouts.
INCOMING FRESHMAN will start workouts in mid-April.
Coach Jansen will send an email to everyone that attended the Freshman Showcase with additional information.
If your 8th grade son was not at the Freshman Showcase and is interested in more information,
Tryouts for SUMMER TEAMS will happen April 30 through May 3.
Teams will be announced on Friday May 4th.
You will receive a schedule at that time if you make a team.
Training will start mid-May and go through the end of June. July & August is off season.
